A lull in my spirit tonight.
I hung out with two friends tonight, and when I got home I realized just why God puts so many amazing and different people in my life.
I need the friends who are hopeful, who tell me there is someone waiting for me.
But I also need the friends who can look at the other side, and promise me there's hope even if my future isn't what I want it to be.
I need both friends.
I need one for the hope of marriage, and I need one for the hope of a full single life.
God keeps putting amazing people in my life, because He knows exactly who I need to encourage me.
Not any two people are the same, and I'm lucky they're not, because I need all of my friends in all of their uniqueness to be the lights leading me to God in different ways.
I'm so lucky for these friends. And I thank God for them every day.
